Blingee.com is now Beta version and you can used it for free. This online tool strive to build easy-to-use web applications that empower you to express yourself without limitations. Like other said "traditional photos are boring, so Blingee.com make a changes for a deserved much better than the same graphic and content with no personality used over and over again across the net.
This blingee.com is also the same with Imikimi.com which I post here last January 2008. But they have different way of creating cool pictures.
